William Tyndale lived during the early sixteenth century, when England had no widely available English Bible translated directly from the Hebrew and Greek Scriptures. A life surrendered to Christ continues bearing fruit long after earthly work has ended because God remains faithful to accomplish His purposes.

William Tyndale’s story reveals that God delights in using ordinary believers who treasure His Word above personal comfort. We are called to receive Scripture with humility, obey it with courage, and share it faithfully with others (James 1:22).
